NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants, promises and representations set forth herein, and for other good and valuable consideration the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties hereto, intending to be legally bound, hereby agree as follows:ġ. WHEREAS, the Company wishes to employ the Executive and the Executive wishes to be employed by the Company, in each case, on the terms and conditions set forth herein. (the Company), and Sanjiv Das (the Executive) (each of the foregoing individually a Party and collectively the Parties). This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the Agreement) is entered into as of the 8th day of February, 2016 between Caliber Home Loans, Inc.
